After my initial training in sports nutrition at EPFL, I pursued further education exclusively in nutrition at Stanford University in California. My coaching is naturally based on the latest scientific research in nutrition, which is constantly evolving. I do not believe in diets for weight loss; instead, my approach is functional. The body should be nourished with what it truly needs. Dietary supplements and chemicals are not the solution.
