Service overview

As part of the fitness coaching, I propose two discovery sessions, followed by individual, semi-private, or small group sessions (up to six people).

The first discovery session includes a health questionnaire, an advanced body analysis with 10 physiological values, and various strength, balance, power, posture and mobility tests. We’ll discuss your motivation and set realistic goals together.

The second session is a fully customized workout, designed based on the results of the first session.

The subscriptions I offer come in packs of 12 sessions. The prices decrease according to the number of sessions reserved.
