Movement is not confined to the walls of a gym. Through mountain biking, cross-country skiing and ski touring, I offer a different way to improve your fitness while enjoying an exceptional natural environment.

Mountain biking develops endurance, strength and coordination in a dynamic, stimulating and enjoyable setting.

During the winter months, cross-country skiing and ski touring provide a complete full-body workout. These disciplines are ideal for improving physical fitness while strengthening mental resilience.

My approach is above all personal and progressive. My goal is to help you achieve your own objectives at your own pace, in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, while discovering the magnificent landscapes of the Canton of Vaud throughout the seasons.
